The ground rules for Mature Dating, in plain English. Short version: be 18 or older, be yourself, be kind, and meet people safely.

01The short version
These terms are an agreement between you and D and D APPS, which runs Mature Dating. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Here's the gist:

Meet safelyWe check photos and verify selfies, but we don't run background checks.
Your content is yoursYou just let us show it so the app can work.
02Who can use Mature Dating
You can use Mature Dating only if:
you're at least 18 years old;
you can enter into a binding contract, and no law stops you from using the app;
you haven't been banned from Mature Dating before; and
you have never been convicted of a sexual offence or violent crime, and you're not required to register as a sex offender.
Mature Dating is for your own personal dating, not for any business or commercial purpose.
03Your account
Give accurate details: your real first name, your real age and photos of yourself.
Your date of birth and gender can't be changed once your account is set up. If there's a mistake, email us.
One account per person, and it's yours alone. Don't share it, sell it, or create one for someone else.
Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
We may ask you to verify with a selfie before you can use some features, such as calls and going live, or if we have concerns about your account.
We'll send you notifications about your matches and messages and, sometimes, offers. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.
04Community rules
Mature Dating is for real connections between members who both want them. Don't use it to:
harass, threaten, bully or stalk anyone, or post hateful or discriminatory content;
pretend to be someone else, use a fake age or someone else's photos, or create fake accounts;
ask anyone for money, promote escort, sexual or commercial services, advertise, scam or spam;
share anyone's private content, contact details or recordings without their consent, including recordings of calls or live streams;
post anything illegal, violent or sexually explicit;
break the law, or try to scrape, hack, overload or reverse-engineer the app or get around its limits, including with bots.
Photo rules
Every photo must be of you and show your face. No nudity, shirtless or underwear photos, no photos with children, no rude gestures, and no watermarks, text or phone numbers on a photo. Photos are checked when you upload them, and ones that break these rules are refused.
Live stream rules
Keep your clothes on, keep it legal, and don't share your phone number, address or bank details on camera. Anyone watching can report a stream, and we can end it.
Break these rules and we may remove content, limit features, suspend you, or ban you for good.
05Zero tolerance for child abuse
Child sexual abuse or exploitation has absolutely no place on Mature Dating. Anyone under 18 is removed. We remove any content that sexualises or endangers children, ban the people responsible, and report them to the authorities and child-safety organisations. If you ever see something that harms a child, report it in the app or email contact.dndapps@gmail.com right away.
06Reporting & moderation
You can block or report anyone from their profile or from your chat with them.
We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, which can mean removing the content or the account that posted it.
We use automated checks and human review to keep the app safe. We may review reported content and remove any content or account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe puts others at risk.
If you think we got a decision wrong, email us and a person will look at it again.
07Meeting people safely
Mature Dating helps you meet people, but we don't run criminal background checks or check anyone's identity documents. A verified tick only means our team matched that person's selfie to their profile photos; it doesn't guarantee who they are or how they'll behave.
You're responsible for your own choices and safety, on and off the app. Chat in the app until you're comfortable, meet in a public place, tell a friend your plans, arrange your own travel, and never send money to someone you've met here. If something feels off, leave, and report it.
08Your content & our app
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, show and moderate it so the app can work. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from the limited records described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share everything you post, and you're responsible for it.
What other members post belongs to them. We don't check everything they share and aren't responsible for it.
Everything else, including the Mature Dating app, name, logo and design, belongs to D and D APPS. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own dating, and nothing more.
09Premium, purchases & virtual items
Mature Dating is free to download. Optional extras, a Premium subscription and one-off items such as coins, boosts and notes, are bought through the App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions
Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length and price until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple or Google account settings.
If a subscription starts with a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.
Virtual items
Coins, boosts and notes give you a limited licence to use features in the app. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and aren't refundable except where the law or the app store requires. We may change what they do or what they cost, and we may sometimes give Premium or items for free. Any unused items end when your account is deleted or banned.
Prices and refunds
Prices can vary by country and may change; the price shown before you buy is the one that applies. Because Apple and Google take the payment, they handle refunds under their own rules. For Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Premium features may change over time as the app improves.
10Suspending or ending access
You can delete your account whenever you like, in Settings › Delete account.
We can suspend or end your access, remove your content, or block your device if you break these terms, put others at risk, or where the law requires it, sometimes without notice. If we ban you, don't create another account, and you lose any unused subscription time or items, except where the law or the app store requires otherwise. Parts of these terms that should outlast your account, such as content licences and liability, still apply after it ends.
11Our responsibility, and yours
Mature Dating is provided "as is" and "as available". We can't guarantee the app will always work without interruption or errors, or how other members behave, or how any match turns out.
To the fullest extent the law allows, D and D APPS isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and will never be more than US$50.
If you break these terms or the law and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.
None of this limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
12Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Mature Dating infringes your copyright, email contact.dndapps@gmail.com with your name and contact details, the work you believe was copied, where it appears in the app, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner. We'll remove infringing content and may ban repeat infringers.
13If you got the app from Apple
These terms are between you and D and D APPS, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content.
You may use the app only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
We, not Apple, provide maintenance and support for the app, and Apple has no obligation to do so.
If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal requirements, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.
You confirm you're not in a country under a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and you're not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
14Governing law, changes & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of New York. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protections, like the EU, UK or your US state, those still apply and nothing here takes them away.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Mature Dating. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version applies.
We may update these terms as the app or the law changes, and we'll flag important changes before they take effect. If you keep using Mature Dating after that, you accept the updated terms.
